Athletes desiring a high touch coaching program should invest in the Premium or Ultimate coaching membership, as they allow for daily communication via text, the training platform, and email. These membership levels also include an initial and bi-monthly or weekly consultations respectively to be used for personal training, performance guidance, endurance nutrition coaching, workout facilitation, and health coaching. Unlimited modifications to the training calendar per month are also included in these memberships.
Athletes desiring a moderate amount of interaction with the coach should invest in the In-Season coaching membership, as it allows for twice weekly communication via text, the training platform, and email. It includes an initial/monthly consultation to be used for personal training, performance guidance, endurance nutrition coaching, workout facilitation, and health coaching. Weekly modifications to the training calendar per month are also included in this membership.
Athletes who have shown themselves to be independent through at least 6 months of coaching at the In-Season level can benefit from a low touch coaching program should invest in the Maintenance coaching membership, as it allows for weekly communication via the training platform or email. It also includes an initial/annual consultation to be used to ensure the athlete’s goals and current lifestyle parameters are aligned before beginning an in- training cycle. Once in-season, the athlete would switch to the In-Season coaching membership.
